WTM London & Travel Forward platform goes live

WTM London & Travel Forward platform called Connect Me is now open to ensure registered delegates make the most of their time and get back to business.

Attendees can use Connect Me to create professional and business profiles; connect with exhibitors, trade, media and buyers; pre-schedule meetings and select must-see conference sessions.

They can also manage their diaries for the physical and virtual shows before coming to ExCel London, according to a statement.

Meetings can be conducted during the three days of the WTM London and Travel Forward physical shows, which run from November 1-3  and WTM & TF Virtual, which takes place on November 8-9.

The platform is live from September 28, allowing attendees to familiarise themselves with it before the physical and virtual shows kick off and catch up on any missed content once WTM London and Travel Forward are over.

The platform will facilitate one-to-one appointments among buyers, exhibitors, trade professionals and media, as well as conference sessions across WTM London, Travel Forward and WTM & TF Virtual.

Exhibition Director Simon Press said: “The Connect Me platform has been designed so delegates can get the most out of their time at WTM London and Travel Forward physical shows and WTM & TF Virtual to help them get back to business and move forward.

“Buyers can also register and search for exhibitors that best meet their business needs and fix appointments. Whether attending the physical shows or virtual, Connect Me will present options to set up both physical and virtual meetings.”

WTM London 2021 will see some of the largest gatherings of tourism professionals since 2019. Responsible tourism will be a major highlight, with events such as Saudi Giga Projects Put Sustainability First.

The Travel Forward Stage will welcome brands such as MasterCard and SABRE, while WTM London has again lined up top CEOs and C-level speakers to its sessions, including those from Expedia, TUI and the BBC.
