The project’s owner, Bright Start, is a distinguished real estate investment company with a curated portfolio of real estate assets, including a diverse offering of residential developments, commercial venues, and high-end hospitality projects. The group partners with globally acclaimed brands and will collaborate closely with Aman on the development of Aman Dubai. H&H Development, a leading real estate developer with a proven track record in the UAE, is leading the delivery of this unique property.

The design features local stone in a palette of desert tones and connects subterranean spaces and courtyards to extensive sublime gardens that descend to the beach and extend to private living spaces.
