Qatar Airways introduce new amenity kits from French perfumer Diptyque

Qatar Airways has announced its latest partnership with French perfumer Diptyque. Last year the Gulf carrier introduced Diptyque toiletries in its lounges and first and business class inflight washrooms, and it is now introducing new business and first class amenity kits in association with the brand.

The kits will initially be offered on routes across the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, as well as on A380 flights to London and Paris. They feature one of two signature Diptyque fragrances  – the ‘Eau Rose’ Eau de Toilette (an infusion of the damascena and centifolia roses), or the ‘34 Boulevard Saint Germain’ Eau de Toilette (notes of amber, patchouli, cinnamon and rose).

The kits also include a lip balm enriched with roses and violets, body lotion infused with the scent of orange blossoms, and face cream with prickly pear extract.

Qatar Airways also highlighted the sustainable element of the kits, which are made from vegan leather, and include eyeshades and socks made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate plastic.
