Akasa Air officially announced the adoption of DigiYatra’s facial recognition system at nine major airports across the country. These airports include Bengaluru, New Delhi, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Kolkata, and Pune.
DigiYatra is a fully biometric-based self-boarding solution. The system ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing travelers to register their ID and biometric data, along with flight details, on the user-friendly DigiYatra app before entering the terminal.While the passengers navigate through the airport, this state-of-the-art biometric technology authenticates and verifies their identities, offering the highest levels of safety and security.
