Marriott Bonvoy opens two new airport hotels in Dubai

Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s portfolio of 30 hotel brands, has announced the opening of two new airport hotels in Dubai- the Aloft and Element, offering a new destination for guests looking to relax, refresh and connect.

Situated next to Dubai International Airport, as well as offering close proximity to some of Dubai’s local attractions and locales including The Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club and the Gold Souk, Aloft and Element Airport Dubai’s arrival creates an interactive urban scene, fit for travelers and residents alike.

Marriott International Chief Operating Officer, Middle East, Sandeep Walia said: “We are excited to expand our presence in the UAE with the opening of two new properties next to one of the world’s most thriving airports. Aloft and Element offer distinctive hospitality experiences at an attractive price point that appeals to both business and leisure travellers as well as residents with their programming and interactive spaces.”

Aloft Dubai Airport

Designed for the ‘always on’ next gen traveller, Aloft Dubai Airport offers social spaces that provide guests with the latest in technology and design. It features 230 guest rooms, equipped with plush beds, walk-in showers with rainfall showerheads, complimentary WiFi and 55-inch LED TVs.

Aloft Dubai Airport’s W XYZ Bar showcases a creative specialty cocktail menu, while Aloft Backyard offers a social gathering space. Re:Mix is an open layout that creates a versatile space, for either work or play.

Runway is an all-day dining area serving fresh dishes. For on-the-go options, Re:Fuel is Aloft Dubai Airport’s one-stop, 24/7 retail shop for bite-sized meals from sandwiches and salads to breakfast pots and snacks.

For those looking to maintain their wellness routine, Aloft Dubai Airport’s fitness centre, Re:Charge, houses top-of-the-line equipment. The hotel also features fully equipped meeting spaces, catering to guests looking to mix business and leisure travel.

Element Dubai Airport

Element Dubai Airport features 89 studios and suites with amenities including a Heavenly bed, a spa-inspired bathroom, oversized closets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can work remotely with a user-friendly workspace comprising a large desk, ergonomic chair, complimentary WiFi and a flat-screen HDTV.

Guests can bring out their inner chef with the hotel’s fully equipped, in-room kitchenette, designed with all the tools from cutlery and kitchenware to a microwave and refrigerator. The Restore Gourmet Pantry stocks fresh ingredients and on the go meals, from salads and sandwiches to yogurts and snacks.

Those looking to relax and recharge can use the rooftop pool Element Fitness Center, which features state-of-the-art cardio machines, strength-training equipment and is open 24-hours a day.
