Due to open in Q1 of 2026, Isabel Mayfair Abu Dhabi will be located in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, promising to bring a distinctive blend of European culinary energy, with a menu celebrating Mediterranean vibrance. The venture is launched as a collaboration with London’s BNF Hospitality led by CEO Scottie Bhattarai, and UAE based operators Fuse Holding, as they aim to bring together Isabel’s signature energy with the region’s ambition and cultural sophistication
From its iconic home in London’s Mayfair, Isabel Mayfair brings its signature glamour to the shimmering waterfront of Al Maryah Island. Guests can expect elegant design, expressive food and drinks, and a magnetic atmosphere that will pull people into Isabel’s world. The menu at Isabel Mayfair Abu Dhabi will be a marriage of classic and new flavours, maintaining the same Mediterranean charm found in London, while introducing a fresh culinary character that promises a memorable sense of discovery.
Scottie Bhattarai, the CEO spearheading BNF Hospitality, aims to expand the group into the UAE, bringing with him a proven track record of excellence and a deep appreciation for the region’s energy – bridging his global expertise with the Emirate’s ever-growing appetite for innovation and world-class hospitality.

The interior has been designed by award-winning Interior Design firm DBM Studio, founder Mahsa Gholizadehreimagines the space as a richly textured embodiment of Isabel Mayfair London’s spirit through a distinctly local, design-led lens. Sculptural forms, bespoke art pieces created exclusively for the restaurant, and an abundance of tactile, high-end materials come together to define a dramatic environment with a story of duality at its heart. By day, the space channels the poise and quiet confidence of sophisticated Isabel; by night, it slips into a more seductive, playful mood as the energy gathers around the iconic central bar. While the ceiling lights nod to Isabel Mayfair London, every other detail has been entirely re-imagined for Abu Dhabi.
