TripActions Group has announced that its Reed & Mackay brand has completed the acquisition of its long-standing partner, Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The announcement marks the fourth acquisition by TripActions Group in the past 18 months following its purchase of Reed & Mackay in May 2021, followed by Comtravo in Germany in February 2022 and Sweden-based Resia in March 2022.
The company recently raised $304 million in Series G funding and added more expansion was on the cards.

Ariel Cohen, co-founder and CEO of TripActions, adds that meetings and events, including team meetings, are helping to drive recovery.
“From TripActions’ self-serve Team Travel platform to the expanding reach of Reed & Mackay, the TripActions Group’s clear vision of post-pandemic travel continues to bear out,” he says.
According to a statement, team travel bookings on TripActions have increased 38% on average every month in 2022. Atlanta has offices in a number of locations in Spain including Barcelona and Madrid.
