Travelport, a global technology company that powers bookings for hundreds of thousands of travel suppliers worldwide, announced the expansion of its global network of authorized third-party developers with access to New Distribution Capability (NDC) content by adding four leading European-based travel technology companies.
The companies – CEE Travel Systems, NPF (and its customer, Abreu), Travel Technology & Solutions (TTS), and Vibe – have recently integrated Travelport’s modern, JSON-based NDC APIs. These integrations allow their customers to access richer, more dynamic airline content through Travelport+.
“Accelerating our NDC program through third-party partnerships reinforces Travelport’s commitment to modernizing travel retailing and providing agencies with greater connectivity, personalization, and choice,” said Jason Toothman, Chief Commercial Officer–Agency at Travelport. “By working with a growing roster of trusted developers, Travelport is scaling NDC delivery faster and more efficiently.”
What customers are saying about the integrating with Travelport’s NDC content
At Vibe, innovation is central to how they deliver travel solutions. Danny Girling, Business Development and Head of Partnerships EMEA, explains that their focus is on providing clients with smarter, more dynamic ways to access content—and NDC plays a crucial role in that. “Our integration with Travelport+ allows us to deliver scalable, modern retailing experiences. It’s about combining rich content with flexibility and doing it at speed,” he says.
Travel Technology & Solutions (TTS) shares a similar vision. João Santos, CEO of TTS, highlights how their partnership with Travelport brings NDC content directly into the TTS WebAgent and TTS Corporate platforms, which are used by travel agencies in over 126 countries. “This expanded access to airline content, combined with our AI-powered search engines, unlocks a new level of personalization and efficiency for our users. Together with Travelport, we are redefining modern travel retailing by providing agencies with easier, smarter, and faster tools to stay competitive and better serve their customers,” Santos explains.
For CEE Travel Systems, integrating Travelport’s NDC content was a natural progression. As a Strategic Partner developing Travelport solutions for agencies, their mission is to equip clients with modern tools. Ctibor Pilnaj, Head of Sales & Marketing, emphasizes the priority of “giving our agency clients access to modern content through a single, efficient JSON API.”
Abreu, one of the leading travel agencies, also embraced this opportunity. Nuno Barreiros, Senior Director of Airlines & GDS Distribution, describes how partnering with NPF enabled Abreu to establish a single JSON Restful API connection to Travelport. This seamless integration provides access to NDC content from multiple airlines while ensuring full compatibility with their back-office systems. “This collaboration ensures expanded content offerings without compromising productivity. With the rise of NDC and its dynamic pricing, Abreu embraced the opportunity to enhance travel solutions for its customers,” Barreiros notes.
Through these partnerships, Travelport’s NDC integration is helping agencies worldwide unlock richer content, greater efficiency, and the ability to deliver modern retailing experiences at scale.
