Aeroflot has become the first airline in Russia to introduce domestically-produced tablets for its cabin crews. The airline’s flight attendants are now using Russian-made Fplus T1100 tablets, running on the domestic operating system Aurora. In total, the airline has purchased over seven thousand devices.
The mobile application Crew Tablet, developed specifically for Aeroflot by Aerogroup, is fully optimized for Aurora operating system, ensuring high performance and system stability.
With these new tablets and the Crew Tablet app, flight attendants can:
- view upcoming flights and receive real-time schedule updates;
- access up-to-date flight information, including details about the crew, special meals, additional services, and any special needs of passengers;
- take meal orders in Business Class;
- use up-to-date electronic manuals and guidelines;
- complete and submit flight reports directly through the device.
The new tablets help streamline cabin crew operations and improve passenger service standards. The software automates routine tasks for flight attendants, and with the Crew Tablet’s capabilities, the airline can reduce paperwork costs and improve data processing efficiency.
