Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Arkan has partnered with the luxury Italian fashion house, Missoni, to develop the Urban Oasis residential tower in Dubai at a total value of AED 800 million.
The project is Dar Al Arkan’s first development in the UAE and the Arab world’s first Missoni-inspired living spaces designed by the fashion brand’s MissoniHome, according to a press release.
Set to be completed before the end of 2023, the 38-floor tower is located on the Dubai Water Canal in close proximity to Downtown Dubai’s attractions such as Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall.
The Vice Chairman of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, Ziad El Chaar, said: “The Dubai Water Canal is one of Dubai’s most attractive areas for homebuyers, and given its proximity to Downtown Dubai, Urban Oasis assures the best that the city life can offer, making it the ideal place to live.”
Meanwhile, the CEO of Missoni, Livio Proli, commented: “Our creative team has come together to design bespoke luxury interiors that perfectly complement the apartment’s urban surroundings.
