Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, reveals a significant milestone in its ongoing partnership with AMSA Hospitality, announcing the first signing of Mercure Khamis Mushayt in Aseer, Saudi Arabia. Highlighting its dedication to the Kingdom, Accor has inked a master development agreement with the hallmark of Arabian hospitality, making waves in transforming both local and international fronts by introducing internationally branded hotels from its portfolio across second-tier cities within Saudi Arabia in line with the national vision 2030.
Aseer is known for its exceptional location, offering diverse neighboring landscapes of plains and cliffs, creating a cooler temperature at the mountaintops. Adventurers can expect to come across castles and palaces constructed using materials sourced from the region’s pristine natural surroundings. The fourth most visited province in the country is aiming to triple its number of visitors with its tourism developments and government-backed support.
Set to open its doors in 2024, the hotel is conveniently located on King Abdullah Road in Khamis Mushayt, offering guests unparalleled access to the city’s key attractions. Boasting 93 rooms and suites featuring a fresh and modern design, the property is set to cater to every guest’s needs, whether traveling for business or leisure. The property offers an all-day dining restaurant, serving sumptuous international cuisine, alongside a café, an ideal spot to unwind with freshly brewed coffee. In addition, the meeting space is fully equipped to host events and meetings of any size or purpose.
